Who is Ruah Tenancy Support?
Ruah Tenancy Support works with individuals and families in the South East corridor of Perth, and whose private rental tenancies have the potential to become unstable, or who are currently at risk of being evicted from their home.
What are the benefits to Landlords?
Our model is based on partnership with Landlords and tenants, our aim is to stabilise the tenancy which results in positive outcomes such as;

Tenants are assisted to meet tenancy responsibilities

Longer term tenancy stability
Who does Ruah Tenancy Support work with?
We work with individuals and families who;
1. May have difficulty maintaining their tenancy
2. May be at risk of eviction due to a breach or termination notice, or
3. May have been homeless and want support to maintain and manage their new home
We work in partnership with the Owner Landlord, Property Manager, Tenant, and any other relevant people to work out what needs to be achieved to stabilise the tenancy. Landlords are consulted to develop Tenancy Support Plans (TSP) with the tenants, and are communicated with on a regular basis so we can provide you with updates of the TSP.
What does Ruah Tenancy Support offer?
Tenancy Support Workers will visit individuals and families to discuss their needs, and plan how we can work together to;
1. Stabilise the tenancy
2. Increase skills to maintain a home long-term
3. Develop links to community resources
How to access Ruah Tenancy Support
Landlords can contact us via the paging service for further information or to access information fliers or referral forms. Workers will then return the call as soon as convenient. We are a free and voluntary community service.
